💰 Prices Made a Comeback

Sellers on the west end finally caught a break:

Median sold price climbed 17.6% from June to $1.15M.
Average sold price jumped a huge 51.7% MOM and is now 10.3% higher YOY.
Price per square foot surged 34.8% MOM and 22.9% YOY to hit $720.
